Walkway Connections (For Kids!): Geocaching Treasure Hunt

On Thursday, July 24 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at the Ulster Welcome Center Plaza in Highland, kids are called to Walkway Over the Hudson to find the treasure and protect the planet!

Join this Geocaching Treasure Hunt for a fun one-hour outdoor adventure where kids become “nature heroes” on a mission to find hidden treasures and learn how to care for the Earth. Using clues (not phones!), you’ll search for eco-caches containing small surprises and environmental tips, all while practicing teamwork and the golden rules of nature exploration— leaving no trace and being gentle with the environment. The program will include an exciting mix of play, discovery, and learning designed to spark curiosity and inspire young eco-stewards.

This Walkway Connections event is free to attend.  It is targeted for kids in grades 4-8.  No RSVP required.
