Walkway Connections (For Kids!): Tiny Ecosystems of the Hudson
June 13 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us for a fun and hands-on adventure at 7 p.m. at the East Gate Plaza in Poughkeepsie, where we’ll learn how nature works all around us! Kids will explore how plants help us breathe, how animals and bugs work together, and how even things like dirt and worms help keep the Earth healthy.
We’ll also hear stories about how the Indigenous communities – the first people who lived along the Hudson River – took care of the land and used its resources wisely. Together, we’ll discover simple ways we can help protect nature right here in the mid-Hudson Valley.
Come ready to explore, ask questions, and become a nature hero in your own neighborhood!
All Walkway Connections events are free to attend with no RSVP required.
