Walkway Connections: The Livingston History, Legacy, and Influence in the Hudson Valley

On Sunday, May 17 from 2-3 p.m. at the Ulster Welcome Center in Highland, Faith Ray will present the Livingston history though her portrayal of Mrs. Ogden Mills (Nee Livingston). Dressed appropriately in period costume, Mrs. Mills (Faith) will share the story of Mills Mansion and the legacy left behind.

Faith Ray is an historic interpreter at Staatsburgh State Historic Site/ The Mills Mansion. Raised in Hyde Park and a graduate of Roosevelt High School (class of “74). Faith attended college in Boulder Colorado and graduated with a BA in History and Journalism and spent 45 years on the eastern Colorado plains raising four children and running her day spa and horse rescue ranch. Returning to the Hudson Valley in 2022, Faith has been enjoying participating in historic reenactments, local theatre, and portraying historic Livingston and Mills family members in productions such as the annual St. James Graveyard Tours.

All Walkway Connections events are free to attend and appropriate for all ages.
