Walkway Talk: College Hill Park’s History and Future Potential

Join Bill Jeffway and Chris Kroner for an interesting and informative look at the history of Poughkeepsie’s College Hill Park, then consider the future potential of this city gem.

Bill Jeffway is the Executive Director of the Dutchess County Historical Society. He serves on the research committee of Celebrating the African Spirit, a group dedicated to using public spaces to educate the public on local Black history and writes and speaks about local history’s potential to inform the present and positively affect the future. Chris Kroner is Principal at MASS Design Group. Originally from Virginia, Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture Degree from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Architecture Degree from Columbia Graduate School of Architecture. In addition to local design work, Chris leads all local community outreach work, and is involved in a variety of community groups.
