Walkway Talks: Hudson Valley History Through Vail Brothers Photography

April 18 @ 6:30 am - 7:30 pm

Join Historian Shannon Butler on a visual journey back into the late 19th century. Using the Vail photograph collection, we will take a look at some of the interesting people who called this area home over a century ago. This talk will cover the history of Vail Brothers Studios and the sorts of images they captured. Then we will explore some big names who had their photographs taken like Eastman, Adriance, and Roosevelt as well as some of the everyday folks with some fascinating stories to tell.
