POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. >> The nonprofit Walkway Over the Hudson will offer two initial training workshops for people interested in becoming members of the Walkway’s Volunteer Ambassador Corps.

Training workshops will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, and Saturday, March 10, at New York State Parks and Recreation Department offices, 5 Parker Ave., Poughkeepsie. Participants can attend either session, but registration is required.
