Yoga On The Walkway

All are invited to enjoy an hour-long yoga and meditation session adjacent to Walkway Over the Hudson at the Ulster Welcome Center Plaza in Highland (87 Haviland Road) from 4-5 p.m.
Led by Stephany Conte of Mars & Moon LLC, this event is free to attend and open to all skill levels and abilities. No RSVP required. Wear appropriate clothing, and feel free to bring your own yoga mat.
