Great 1974 Fire Note Cards (Set Of 8)

Eight note cards featuring photographs taken on May 8, 1974, when the Poughkeepsie-Highland Railroad Bridge caught fire, ending its life as a train crossing.  Thanks to the heroic actions of local firefighters, there was no loss of life.  35 years later, the bridge would be reborn as Walkway Over the Hudson.
