Walkway Over the Hudson board members, staff and supporters gathered today to witness the “topping” of the new Ulster Welcome Center, currently under construction at the Highland, NY, entrance of the Walkway. The construction crew placed the final panels on the roof and added an American flag to the top. Check back for more photos as construction progresses.
