Walkway was pleased to welcome Governor Andrew Cuomo today, as he announced plans for improvements to Walkway’s West (Highland) and East (Poughkeepsie) approaches. Rose Harvey, Commissioner of NYS Parks, and Robert Dyson of the Dyson Foundation, were among many honored guests who were in attendance today.

Governor Cuomo stated that “this Walkway says: Don’t be afraid to be bold. Don’t be afraid to be creative. Don’t be afraid to reach high.”
